Updating customer profiles
Due to the changing nature of contact details, BCP has developed a method of easily enabling customers to update their details. With every e-mail, a link is provided that will open a browser and find the exact record of the customer and display their contact details. All the customer need do is type their changes and then click submit. Their information is automatically updated and you are able to maintain your point of contact with them.
This method has been used successfully with many different companies such as FileMaker Inc, Palm Computing, Novell and Cisco. All of these companies have saved customer relationships that they may have otherwise lost.
Client Access to information
BCP provides a web page for our clients to view e-mail statistics. Here we can record the number of updates and deletions as well as how many people opened the e-mail, how many e-mails were successfully sent and how many were unsuccessful. This information is automatically updated in real time so is available to clients from the second the e-mail is sent. |
