With every e-mail, a link is provided that will open a browser and find the exact record of the customer and display their contact details. All the customer need do is type their changes and then click submit. Their information is automatically updated and you are able to maintain your point of contact with them.

Client Access to information

BCP provides a web page for our clients to view e-mail statistics. Here we can record the number of updates and deletions as well as how many people opened the e-mail, how many e-mails were successfully sent and how many were unsuccessful. This information is automatically updated in real time so is available to clients from the second the e-mail is sent.

 

Text E-mails

Depending on your audience you may want to use text based e-mails or HTML based e-mail. For large customer lists, it may be advisable to send text e-mails because despite the increasing number of users with e-mail applications that support HTML, there is still a large number that only view text e-mail. A text e-mail can ensure that the same message is reaching all of your customers.
