BCP completed the move to their newly purchases premises at Clarendon Street, Artarmon (NSW) in January of this year, and all facilities are now fully operational. The new complex includes a modern office space to accomodate staffing increases, comfortable meeting areas and greatly improved warehousing and data-centre infrastructure.

Location:

Our new offices are conveniently located at unit 8, 12-18 Clarendon Street, Artarmon, NSW 2064 Australia—not far from our previous home and in one of Sydneys busiest and most accessible commercial districts.

Warehouse & office :

The large, modern warehouse is equipped with a state-of-the-art Metalsistem racking system, back-to-base alarms and efficient, computerised stock management. These give BCP the opportunity to further expand their already substantial warehousing and distribution services. Office space includes a boardroom with specialised presentation facilities, a large and comfortable foyer area, dedicated spaces for telemarketing & phone support staff and visitor parking.

Data centre:

BCP's new data centre incorporates a dedicated, dust-free, climate-controlled computer room. This is employed to house our internal systems as well as high-performance web servers for both BCP and our clients. The computer room has UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for all servers and switches, Nortel Bayswitch gigabit switches, both physical and alarm security and other backup systems. For internet hosting services we have a 2mb/2mb, 1:1 Contention ratio, 4-wire DSL connection, with a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
