BCP Marketing Services was established in 1998, as a partnership between Robert Culbert, Charmaine Perkins and Patrick Culbert. With expertise in customer service and fulfilment, direct marketing and ICT solutions, the company has grown to employ over 9 staff and offer an extensive range of services and solutions.

Based in Artarmon NSW, the company purchased and moved into new premises in January 2006. With an area of 348m², the new warehouse gives BCP the opportunity to further expand their already substantial warehousing and distribution services. These new premises also house BCP's computer room which includes a sophisticated setup of high volume servers utilised by both BCP and their clients. The computer room employs BCP’s own Firebridge technology, a hardware-based fire-wall for network security.

The key to BCP’s success is their flexibility. Far from having one solution for all clients, each client receives personalised, customised service. BCP are constantly expanding their technical knowledge to ensure that their technical solutions represent current best practice. Where BCP cannot provide a service directly, they have found others who will, enabling them to deliver a total solution.
